I just wanted to send an email letting you know how amazing my latest experience was with Acadiana Security Plus.
We’ve experienced several power outages lately, which was oddly resulting in our alarm going off each time. I called your office on Sunday morning and spoke with a man named John. He wrote up a service order, and when I asked if there was any possibility of getting this issue resolved before the upcoming storms (which we knew would result in power outages), he let me know that he would also send an email to the service department asking them to call me first thing Monday morning to get me on the schedule right away. He was so kind and accommodating, and I appreciated him taking our issue seriously.
This morning, I spoke to Christian in the service department, and he said they could come out and fix our system tomorrow morning. I asked if there was any way we could get an appointment for today due to the possibility of needing to evacuate, and he said he would put me on a call list and let me know if something opened up today. Within minutes, I received a call back saying someone could come this afternoon. I could not believe how quickly they were able to accommodate my request, and I am so appreciative. I realize their work load must have been heavy considering they were just coming in off the weekend. I am just so appreciative.
Last, but certainly not least, Robert, the technician who came to my house, was wonderful! He immediately identified the issue, and before testing my system, he asked if I had any napping children in the house. When I said I did, he informed me that he would silence the alarm in order to not wake them. I have NEVER had a technician of ANY trade ask about napping babies before making noise in my house. His consideration seriously blew me away. He quickly resolved the issue and was on his way. When I walked to the back of my house to close up the closet and turn off the lights of the room where the main panel is located, I found that Robert had completely taken care of all of it.
It is a rare thing to have a company display such incredible customer service and professionalism. I cannot thank you enough for what your employees did for me over these last two days. A huge THANK YOU to John, Christian, and Robert!
